Charles Y.s. Lin

Charles Y.S. Lin is an experienced professional specializing in GaN technology development and semiconductor engineering. Currently serving as the Head of the GaN Development Division and Deputy Project Director at Win Semiconductors Corp. since July 2020, Charles has previously held roles including Senior Project Manager at Win Semiconductors, Technical Manager at TSMC, and Principal Engineer focusing on GaN power and RF technology development. Education includes a PhD in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University. Charles has extensive experience in device design, process development, and reliability improvements of GaN devices, as well as in the fabrication of RFICs and ultra-high voltage components.
