Catherine Royer

Catherine Royer has extensive experience with Winoa, having progressed through various roles since 1999. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer's Assistant from February 2014, Catherine is responsible for agenda management, organizing seminars and events, participating in Executive Committees, performing management analyses, and preparing monthly reports for shareholders. Previous roles include data analyst positions in both the Abrasives and Diamond Tools divisions, where responsibilities included the creation of specifications, dashboard implementation, and business analysis through extensive data extraction and report generation. Catherine also contributed to internal and external communications and played a key role in the development of the Winoa intranet. Catherine holds a degree from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
