Rosemary A Okoiti, M.Ed, CPTD, CPC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and talent management. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Winrock International since August 2021, Rosemary leads the development and implementation of integrated talent management processes on a global scale. Additionally, Rosemary operates a consulting business, focusing on leadership development, business and career coaching, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for clients such as Guilford Public Schools and Bank of America. Previous roles include Curriculum Development Consultant at NonProfitConnect, Trainer at Aplicare Inc., Manager at The Hertz Corporation, Training Manager at the Central Bank of Kenya, Project Manager/Trainer at The College of Banking and Finance of Kenya, and Director of the Small Business Center at the Teachers' Service Commission. Rosemary holds a Master of Education in Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Nairobi.
