Saloni Naidu

Saloni Naidu has extensive experience in the IT finance sector, currently serving as an Advanced Business Analyst at Wintrust Financial Corporation since October 2019, after previously holding the position of Software Engineer in the same department. Prior to joining Wintrust, Saloni worked as an IT Analyst and Intern in IT Infrastructure Operations at Millennium from June 2017 to October 2019. Academically, Saloni is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in 2024. Additional qualifications include a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online in 2021, a Master's Degree in Network Communication Management and Services from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
