Rituparna Ghosh

Rituparna Ghosh is a seasoned leader in quality engineering and digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Quality Engineering & Testing at Wipro Digital since February 2001. In this role, Rituparna oversees practice development, sales, engagement delivery, and partnerships while fostering a collaborative team culture. Previously, Rituparna held pivotal positions including Vice President & Head of DevSecOps and Agile Transformation, and General Manager for Agile and Lean Transformation, where responsibilities included implementing Continuous Improvement frameworks and driving transformation strategies. Rituparna's early career included roles at Philips India Ltd., where Rituparna specialized in product management for large screen televisions. Rituparna holds an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Sc in Economics.
