Samir Gadgil

Samir Gadgil is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of HR for the Chief Growth Office and Corporate Functions at Wipro, Samir has also held positions such as Vice President & HR Head for Wipro BPS and Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Wipro Limited. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Citi Technology Services and Senior Consultant at Cedar Consulting. Samir began the career as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Samir holds a Master’s degree from SIBM (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai (1993-1996).
