Marci Fugarino MBL, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Total Rewards at WIS International since July 2023, Marci has held key leadership positions such as Director of Compensation & Benefits at American National Bank of Texas and Director of Compensation Benefits at Elara Caring. Previous roles include HR Director overseeing Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Oklahoma City Public Schools and Human Resources Director at both the City of El Dorado, Kansas, and BG Products, Inc. Additionally, Marci contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources at Friends University. Marci holds a Master of Business Law from Friends University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University.
