Graylen McGinley

Graylen McGinley is an experienced professional in compliance, credit operations, and fraud prevention. Currently serving as a Compliance Contractor at Wisetack since July 2024, Graylen supports audit preparations and regulatory adherence. From March 2022 to January 2024, Graylen was the Manager of Credit and Fraud Operations at Wisetack, leading teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce fraudulent activity. Prior roles include Credit Operations Lead and Analyst at Wisetack, where Graylen implemented KPIs and managed credit risk, as well as positions at Simplist and Unwrapp'd Energy Bites that focused on process improvements and financial operations. Graylen’s career began at OnDeck, where a series of progressively responsible roles in loan operations were held. Graylen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
