Lita Nuce

Lita Nuce is an experienced diabetes program coordinator and outpatient registered dietitian with a robust background in nutrition and health services. Currently serving at Witham Health Services since September 2023, Lita has previously held similar roles at Riverview Health and Witham Health Services, accumulating extensive expertise in diabetes management. Lita's earlier career includes positions at the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County, Indiana Veterans' Home, and Purdue University, where leadership and instructional skills were demonstrated through various roles such as cooking instructor intern and food service supervisor. Lita holds dual bachelor's degrees in Health and Human Science and Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Purdue University, complemented by education at Middle Tennessee State University and Lipscomb University.
