Currently serving as the Commercial Champion for N-Ocean Ltd, a blue/circular economy enterprise, James also holds the position of Global Head of Withers tech, a venture capital practice focused on impactful innovation. Additionally, James contributes to Parkinson's UK as part of the Virtual Biotech Incubator Advisory Board, aiding in the support of innovations that enhance the lives of those with Parkinson’s Disease. As a Non-Executive Director at Conservation Capital, James supports conservation initiatives. Previous roles include co-founding JAG Shaw Baker, a law firm specializing in high-growth industries, and serving as a Partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, where advisory work spanned capital raising, mergers, and securities compliance.
