Ryan Allen

Ryan Allen is a software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and operational excellence. Currently working at Luminary as a Software Engineer since October 2024, Ryan previously held multiple roles at Yubico from August 2019 to October 2024, culminating as a Senior Software Engineer and backend technical lead. In this role, Ryan was instrumental in improving service architecture and company workflows. Earlier experiences include software engineering internships at Calix and Apama Medical, focusing on automation, testing, and embedded systems. Ryan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from UC Santa Barbara.
