Lucia Zhang

Lucia Zhang is an experienced product leader currently serving as Product Lead at Orb since September 2024. Previously, Lucia held the position of Product Manager at Gem from March 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing AI Search features, enhancing a core CRM platform, and managing reporting and analytics products through various stages. Prior to that, Lucia contributed as a Product Manager at Dropbox from August 2019 to March 2022, working on initiatives related to Dropbox Business and Education, as well as the DocSend acquisition. Early career experience includes a Technical Product Manager Internship in Payments at Visa and a Strategy and Operations Internship at Cisco. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2019.
