Paul Rutland

Paul Rutland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and management. Currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Solutions Engineering at Persona since March 2020, Paul specializes in designing automated identity verification solutions. Previously, Paul co-founded Hair Brilliance International, functioning as the Chief Technology Officer until May 2022, where efforts were made to uplift women facing hair loss through high-quality products. Experience also includes roles at Dropbox as a Solutions Architect, LinkedIn as a Solutions Engineer, Base CRM as a Customer Success Engineer, and Epic as a Technical Services Engineer. Earlier in the career, Paul gained valuable skills at Yale University as a Student Tech and Undergraduate Researcher, and completed an R&D internship at The Dow Chemical Company. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University, complemented by an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Stanton College Preparatory School.
