Debbie Li

Debbie Li is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Reward Manager at WithSecure since August 2024. Debbie has been organizing the Helsinki People Professionals Meetup since October 2017, fostering collaboration among HR professionals in Finland and from abroad. Prior experience includes People Operations Manager and Specialist at Tuxera, where responsibilities evolved in alignment with the company's growth. Debbie’s career began at SAP, where participation in the HR Early Talent program involved multiple rotations across various HR functions in both Germany and China. Debbie's foundational HR experience also includes a role as HR Associate at China State Construction International Holdings Limited. Debbie holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Public Administration from Renmin University of China and has studied at the University of Helsinki.
