Project and Program Management

The Project and Program Management team at The Wits Reproductive Health and HIV Institute (Wits RHI) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of various health projects and programs. This team ensures that projects targeting HIV care and treatment, prevention, sexual and reproductive health, and vaccine-preventable diseases are effectively implemented and achieve their goals. They coordinate resources, manage timelines, administer budgets, and provide crucial support and technical assistance to optimize program outcomes and drive evidence-based policy implementation.
