Helen Lueck is an experienced Senior Solutions Architect at Offprem Technology, responsible for designing and implementing client solutions, leading discovery meetings, and conducting training sessions. Currently serving as a Vertical Team Lead in the Healthcare and Life Sciences community at Wizards of Ops, Helen actively engages with operations professionals to share expertise. With a robust background in Salesforce consulting, Helen has held various positions including Salesforce Consultant at Cloud Haven and Salesforce Team Lead at Mutual of Omaha Bank, successfully improving client business operations and user experiences. Helen is also a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor at the Valley of the Sun YMCA and has previous experience providing technical support and administration in various educational and tech settings. Helen's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Engineering from Western International University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Tarleton State University.
