Silvia Madrid

Silvia Madrid currently serves as the Head of Legal & Compliance for Iberia at UniCredit since June 2016. Silvia is an active member of several professional organizations, including WLW | Women in a Legal World and ASCOM- Asociación Española de Compliance, where contributions to the Compliance and Cripto Committees and participation in the Finance Working Group are notable. Additionally, Silvia is associated with EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, contributing to the Legal Working Group and participating as a speaker in the #AquíEstánEllas initiative. Previous roles include Head of Legal for Southern Europe at RBS and various legal positions at White & Case LLP, Banco Santander S.A., and Banco Central Hispano. Silvia holds a Law Degree and a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has completed multiple specialized programs related to compliance, blockchain, and legal leadership.
