Julie Perry

Julie Perry, CAM, is an experienced property and multi-community manager with a strong background in real estate and sales. Currently serving as a Multi Community Manager at Westminster since May 2023, Julie has previously held property management positions at 1st Lake Properties, Inc., PONTIAC TOWERS APARTMENTS, and SouthPointe Commons, Inc. Julie's management expertise encompasses overseeing leasing staff, evaluating rental applications, and resolving employee and resident issues. Prior to a career in property management, Julie excelled as an Inside Sales Team Lead/Finance Specialist II at SUPERVALU, where significant contributions led to over 100% sales growth. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Mountain State University.
