Kary Platenak

Kary Platenak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and business solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Yardi at Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. since March 2023, Kary also fulfills the role of Bridal Consultant at The Dress Bridal Boutique since October 2019. Prior experience includes positions such as Business Solutions Manager, IT Business Solutions Analyst, and Instructional Coach at The NRP Group LLC, from May 2015 to March 2023, as well as Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager at Associated Estates Realty Corp from April 2007 to May 2015. Kary's early career featured a Special Events/Marketing Internship at Dancing Classrooms Northeast Ohio, where significant fundraising achievements were realized. Kary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Marketing minor from Baldwin Wallace University, completed between 2003 and 2011.
