Stansbury

Tammy Stansbury is the Vice President of Development at Woda Cooper Companies, Inc., overseeing the Shelbyville, Kentucky office since September 2011. Stansbury has a strong background in affordable housing, having previously worked as a Business Development Officer and Director of Housing Finance and Construction at Kentucky Housing Corporation from February 1987 to August 2011. In the latter role, Stansbury was responsible for establishing policies for the Housing and Finance Construction department while also managing relationships for various affordable housing funding programs. Educational credentials include degrees from Eastern Kentucky University and Jefferson Community College, along with a high school diploma from Shelby County High School.
