Steven Fleisig

Steven Fleisig is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis, investment banking, and private equity. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst at Wolf Popper LLP since April 2013, Steven evaluates merger and acquisition transactions and assesses publicly traded securities in cases of corporate malfeasance. Prior roles include Managing Director at MARV Capital Partners, where Steven led a financial advisory effort for companies seeking significant capital, and Principal at Theo Capital, LLC, focusing on private equity transactions. Steven’s background includes positions at Lehman Brothers, where Steven served as Vice President and a member of the merger and acquisitions group, as well as at Alliance Mezzanine Investors, where Steven managed a mezzanine debt fund. Steven began their career in investment banking with Dean Witter Reynolds and has an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Finance from Boston University.
