Gemma Smith

Gemma Smith is a legal professional with extensive experience in Wills and Probate, currently serving as the Head of Wills and Probate and a Partner at Wolferstans since July 2016. Prior to this role, Gemma worked as a Private Client Solicitor at Woollcombe Yonge from June 2006 to July 2016, specializing in Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Management of Affairs. Gemma is a full member of STEP and the Probate Section. Academically, Gemma holds a Law degree (LLB Honours) from the University of Plymouth and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Exeter.
