Birgul Tuzlali

Birgul Tuzlali is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract administration and negotiation across various industries. Currently serving as a Commercial Contracts Administrator at Wolfspeed since December 2022, Birgul evaluates, structures, and negotiates contractual documents, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and the Legal Department. Previously, at Demetrix, Birgul held the position of Senior Contract Manager, overseeing the review and negotiation of agreements. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Lenovo, a Senior Contract Negotiator at Ipreo, and a Contract Administrator at ABB, Inc., where significant contributions included drafting major software agreements. Birgul holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Istanbul University and completed further education at North Carolina State University.
