Harmanjit Katoch

Harmanjit Katoch is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and infrastructure management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director at Wolfspeed since June 2022, Harmanjit oversees digital transformation initiatives and global factory operations. Previously, as Director at Intel Corporation, Harmanjit led platform engineering efforts and developed strategic infrastructure roadmaps for various regions. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Harmanjit held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Global Infrastructure Services, where oversight included managing significant IT resources and supporting global semiconductor manufacturing facilities. Harmanjit began a career at Citibank as a Solution Architect and also held positions at HCL Comnet Limited and Hewlett-Packard. Educational credentials include an MBA from Annamalai University and a Bachelor of Science in IT from Punjab Technical University.
