Monica Richards

Monica Richards is an experienced professional in sustainability, advocacy, and media, currently serving as a Speaker for Women and Climate since July 2023. Since August 2020, Monica has been a Spokesperson and Media Host for better earth, and has been a Workshop Instructor at Confetti since February 2022. As the Founder of ecobabe since January 2018, Monica engages in multiple roles including Educator, Designer, Consultant, and Creative Director. In addition, Monica has co-founded The 3arth Co, where responsibilities include Community Leadership, and has experience in various media capacities, including being a TV Host and Producer for SHANDY MEDIA INC from October 2014 to May 2016. Monica's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a General Business Minor from Western Michigan University, complemented by earlier studies at the University of Michigan.
