Shayana Nambiar

Shayana Nambiar is an engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently, Shayana serves as a Member of the Women Automotive Network and holds positions as Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer at Continental, along with being a Feature Owner at Bentley Motors. Previously, Shayana worked as a System Engineer at Cummins Inc. and ALTEN LTD, and gained valuable experience as a Senior Test Development Engineer at Continental, where development of Automated Test Equipment was a key responsibility. Shayana holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Aston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Canara Engineering College. Prior to formal education, Shayana completed internships at Sandeepani School of VLSI Design and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, further enriching technical expertise.
