Having spent the past 30+ years studying mindset and personal development and the past 15 years creating and delivering programs to support people in moving beyond the beliefs that hold them back, she teaches simple tools for predictable and proven success.

Before founding Claim Leadership Paula spent almost 20 years at Fortune 500 companies GE and Aventis, in Human Resources, Sales and Sales Management. Her awards include GE’s Managerial Award for exceptional leadership and Aventis’s highest sales award, The President’s Club.

Paula has an M.S. in Counseling and Human Resources from the State University of New York at Albany and a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Handicapped from The State University College at Cortland, New York.
