Kathleen Hustad

Kathleen Hustad is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in business development, marketing strategy, and process improvement. Currently, Kathleen serves as a Member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation and holds positions as Founder & CEO of Bloom44, where expertise focuses on aiding socially and environmentally conscious organizations. In addition, Kathleen is a fractional business development partner for the Associated Healthcare Credit Union and co-founder of the ministry Wrd. Previously, Kathleen spent over a decade at UnitedHealth Group, where significant contributions included leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives that generated over $40 million in incremental income and enhancing consumer experience through strategic marketing efforts. Kathleen holds an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BA in Journalism and Spanish from Indiana University Bloomington, with further education at Universidad de Salamanca.
