Maryanne Miller

Maryanne Miller, MHA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at ThoroughCare since March 2022, Maryanne leads teams in creating product roadmaps and aligns strategic and technical visions with company executives. Maryanne is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation since May 2023. Previously, at Christiana Care Health System, Maryanne held roles including IS Manager of the Project Management Office and Strategic Project Manager, ensuring adherence to project management frameworks and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Prior roles include Director of Professional Services and Business Services Manager at Medecision, as well as various positions at Siemens Healthcare, where Maryanne developed expertise in healthcare data exchange and systems integration. Maryanne holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management/Computer Science from Ursinus College.
