Susan Aryan Antolin

Susan Aryan Antolin, Ed.D., serves as the Executive Director at Women for Afghan Women, beginning in September 2024, and holds the positions of Co-CEO and Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Advancing Girls since March 2021. In addition, Susan is a Board Member and Chief of Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging at STEER for Student Athletes and previously directed community and mentorship initiatives at the 30 Birds Foundation until September 2024. With experience as a Portfolio Manager at the Fund for the City of New York and various leadership roles at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, including Director of Student Activities and Leadership Instructor, Susan has a robust background in education. Earlier roles included teaching high school English in the IB Program at San Diego High School and serving as a Special Education Instructional Assistant. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from NYU Steinhardt School, a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor's Degree in English from UCLA.
