Diana de Jesus

Diana De Jesus currently serves as the General Manager at Stand The F*ck Out and is the Founder of Strategic CS Labs and The Customer Success Project. In addition, Diana holds an advisory position at Women in Customer Success. Previous experience includes roles at Catalyst Software as Customer Marketing Manager and Customer Success Manager, and at atSpoke as Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Earlier positions include Team Lead in Customer Experience at Hotjar and an Application Developer Intern at Evolving Media Network. Diana co-owned Provisor Property Preservation from May 2014 to July 2015. Educational background includes completion of the Retention + Engagement Series from Reforge, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from St. John's University.
