Andrea Striebel

Andrea Striebel currently serves as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and holds the position of VP of Marketing at Floor & Decor, where contributions include receiving the 2022 Top Women In Retail Award and participating in various strategic committees such as the Artificial Intelligence Task Force and the Connected Customer Committee. Previous roles at Floor & Decor included Senior Director of Customer & Digital Marketing and Director of Digital Marketing & Social Media, with work recognized by The Wall Street Journal. Additional experience includes marketing consultancy at Citrine Natural Beauty Bar, skincare and makeup artistry at AILLEA, and various positions at Response Mine Interactive, culminating in extensive account management experience. Striebel began their career as a Makeup Artist at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Education was completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School.
