April Wagner currently serves as Vice President of Customer Strategy and Insights at Best Buy, where leadership involves guiding a team that delivers valuable consumer and employee insights to shape enterprise strategies. With a career spanning several leadership roles within Best Buy, including Vice President of Customer and Employee Experience Strategy and multiple Senior Director positions, April has consistently focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences through human-centered design principles and strategic initiatives. April is also a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle, an exclusive community aimed at fostering leadership development among women executives in the retail sector.
