Lauren Lauricella

Lauren Lauricella currently serves as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle and has held the position of Senior Director of Aesthetic Design - Innovation at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC, since January 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Product Development at ACCENT DECOR, Inc. and The Aspen Brands Company, as well as Director of Product Development - Luxury Collection Footwear at Ralph Lauren. Lauren has also managed design and merchandising efforts at Avon, and worked as a designer at Nine West Group, alongside earlier experience as a design assistant at Cole Haan. Educational background includes studies at Syracuse University and the ARSUTORIA SCHOOL, with US-based training at Nine West.
