Louise Alie has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since January 2024. Prior to this, Louise has been with QVC since June 2007, holding various leadership positions including Director of QVC Customer Service & Experience, Director, General Manager, and Senior Operations Manager. Additionally, Louise worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2000 to June 2007 as a Customer Service Manager. Education was attained at Chesterfield High School, where Louise studied from 1989 to 1995.
