Rupa Menon

Rupa Menon is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation and growth marketing. Currently serving as Senior Director - Growth Marketing at Upland Software since March 2023, Rupa is also a member of Women in Revenue. Previous roles include Sr Director - Demand Generation and Marketing Director - Global Campaigns at TIBCO and HackerOne, respectively, where Rupa was instrumental in developing comprehensive global marketing strategies and building demand generation teams. Rupa’s earlier positions include senior campaign management at TIBCO Software Inc., global campaigns management at Mashery, and various marketing roles at PTC and Microsoft. Rupa holds an MBA in Marketing & International Business from Kannur University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Joseph's College.
