Dylann Sands

Dylann Sands is a Partner at Animal Capital since July 2022 and a Member of Global Women in VC since August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at AF Ventures from October 2020 to July 2022, focusing on consumer venture capital in sectors such as food, beverage, health and wellness, and beauty. Dylann worked as a Senior Associate and Growth Equity Investor at General Atlantic from May 2019 to October 2020 and held positions at Goldman Sachs from June 2015 to May 2019, including Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer Retail Group and an earlier role as an Equity Research Analyst in Global Investment Research focusing on Consumer Staples. Dylann's career began at Goldman Sachs as a Summer Analyst in high yield and investment grade credit. Dylann obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and graduated from Weston High School.
