Rachel Mayes

Rachel Mayes is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sales for Venture Capital at Carta since September 2022, Rachel oversees new business sales teams targeted at venture capital funds. Previous roles include VP of Sales at Nowsta, Regional Sales Manager at Samsara, and Sales Director at Chariot, where leadership and market strategy were key focuses. Rachel is also a member of Global Women in VC and Pavilion, with qualifications from a CRO School graduate program. Educationally, Rachel holds a degree from San Diego State University, completed in 2010.
