Kat (Kelley) Jackson is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Major Accounts and Strategic Accounts at Airtable. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Wrike and a series of positions at Houzz, culminating in Senior Customer Success Manager III. Kat's commitment to customer success is further demonstrated through participation as a member of Women of Customer Success. In addition to experience in the corporate sector, Kat has served with Teach For America in the New Mexico Corps focusing on the Navajo Nation.
