Rita Reicher

Rita Reicher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as Chapter Chair for the Women Presidents Organization since October 2020, Rita facilitates discussions and supports women business executives in Syracuse, New York. As President of FOCUS Greater Syracuse since January 2020, Rita oversees the organization's operations, supervises staff, and coordinates with Board members. Previously, Rita had a long tenure at KS&R from 1983 to December 2019, where roles included President, Consultant, Senior Vice President, and Vice President, overseeing operations and client relationships. Rita began their career at Syracuse Research Corporation, specializing in social science research. Academic credentials include a PhD, MPhil, and MA in Economics from Yale University, as well as a BA in Math and Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
