CJ (Chris) Privoznik is an experienced leader and consultant with a rich background in organizational change management, executive mentoring, and strategic development. As the Founder and Principal of STW Solutions, CJ advises executive leaders on various aspects of leadership and employee engagement. With a significant history at organizations such as Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Baxter International, CJ has developed and implemented large-scale strategies improving technology adoption and operational efficiency. CJ also contributes to the community through executive mentoring roles at WOMEN Unlimited, Inc., and as an educator and speaker with ISACA Chicago Chapter. Educational qualifications include dual Bachelor’s degrees in Global Business, Communications, and Psychology from Dominican University, and additional studies at Pierce College in Athens, Greece.
