Deanna Steiger

DeAnna Steiger, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Change Management for Horizon Integration at Amgen, where strategies for incoming employees are developed and a comprehensive change management program is overseen. With extensive experience in strategic planning within Amgen's Bone Health and Neuroscience Business Units, DeAnna has held various leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and hybrid global marketing positions. DeAnna is also a Board Member at Women's Economic Ventures, contributing to local entrepreneurship, and previously held significant roles within the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Physiology from UCLA and a Master’s in Entomology from the University of Delaware. DeAnna has a diverse background that includes research, regulatory affairs, and community outreach in the life sciences field.
