Jai Pande

Jai Pande is an experienced RPA Developer currently working at Jorie AI since February 2024, with a previous role at Tech Mahindra from June 2022 to February 2024, where expertise in UiPath was applied for UI Automation and defect validation. Prior to the RPA focus, Jai held the position of Agency Sales Manager at Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd from July 2019 to December 2019, leading a team of agents and enhancing their skills through training sessions. Earlier experience includes serving as Branch Sales Manager at ICICI Bank from January 2018 to July 2019, where team management and performance appraisal were key responsibilities. Jai Pande holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Uttrakhand Technical University, obtained in July 2013.
