Adam Jackson

Adam Jackson is an experienced compensation and total rewards professional with a strong background in global compensation strategies and benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Compensation at Wonders since April 2024, Adam previously held positions including Senior Manager of Total Rewards & People Operations at Zwift and Head of Total Rewards and Operations at Stedi. During time at Stedi, Adam created a global compensation philosophy, updated equity policies, and managed layoffs. Adam's tenure at Carta included significant achievements in benefit plan design and implementation, compensation structuring, and oversight of equity programs during rapid growth. Adam's earlier career encompassed roles in benefits analysis and underwriting support, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego.
