Phil Baker

Phil Baker is an experienced construction and development professional currently serving as the Director of Development at Woodie's Wash Shack since December 2021, leading a team to enhance the express car wash experience. Simultaneously, Phil holds the position of Managing Director at Riker Construction Services, focusing on building a dynamic construction and consulting firm. Prior roles include Project Executive at LEMA Construction and Senior Construction Manager at DeBartolo Development/Construction Services, overseeing various development projects throughout their phases. Phil's career also includes significant contributions as President and VP of Construction Services at Odyssey Management Services, where management of diverse projects such as multi-family residences and mixed-use developments was paramount. Phil Baker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Science from Auburn University, obtained between 1984 and 1988.
