Debbie Bogar

Debbie Bogar, EBA, ICP-BAF, serves as the Director of the Portfolio Project Management Office at WoodmenLife since December 2021, overseeing a diverse team of technical project managers on projects with multi-million dollar budgets. Prior to this role, Debbie was the AVP GP PMO at Lincoln Financial Group from June 2019 to December 2021 and held the position of Director of Technical Project Management at both Alorica and West Business Solutions from May 2005 to March 2015. With a solid educational background from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Debbie has extensive experience in managing technical project teams and executing complex project scopes.
