Damian Lilla

Damian Lilla has extensive experience in strategic growth, customer success, and business intelligence, currently serving as an Advisor to the Board for Strategy & Growth at Woodpecker.co since February 2018, where previous roles included Head of Customer Success and Head of Business Intelligence. Damian held the position of Head of Business Intelligence and Game Designer at Ten Square Games from October 2012 to January 2018. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Digital Media from the University of Bremen, where Damian also completed a master's thesis on exergames for Parkinson’s patients. Additional experiences include a programming internship at Communtu and civilian service management at Martinshof Bremen. Education includes an exchange semester at Eszterházy Károly College in Hungary and a high school diploma with an apprenticeship as a technical assistant for informatics.
