Kevin Henson

Kevin Henson currently serves as the Executive Pastor at WoodsEdge Community Church since February 2023. Henson has extensive experience in senior leadership roles, previously working as the Sr. Executive Pastor at Sagemont Church and holding various positions at Compassion International, including Strategic Partnership Manager and Regional Church Manager. Earlier positions include Executive Pastor and Pastor of Missional Life at WoodsEdge Community Church, Executive Pastor at Community of Hope Church, and Executive Pastor at The Woodlands Methodist Church. Henson also served as Pastor to Young Singles at Second Baptist Church in Houston and as Retail Branch Manager at NationsBank. Henson holds a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Psychology from Texas A&M University.
