Ashley Barra

Ashley Barra is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and agile methodologies. Currently serving as the Squad Enablement Lead and Agile Team Facilitator at Woolworths Group since June 2017, Ashley promotes agile practices and coaches teams in their scrum efforts within the "My Career: End to End Operations" People Team Tribe. Previous roles at Woolworths included Capability Programs Communications and Change Lead and Talent Lead for Operations, where Ashley effectively managed strategic talent initiatives and change management. Prior to Woolworths, Ashley held key positions at Coca-Cola Amatil as Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Specialist, focusing on innovative recruitment strategies and graduate development. Additional experience includes project and account management roles at HRX and Kelly Services, and an account management position at American Express. Ashley holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a Project Management Certification from Macquarie College.
