Prior to this role, Tara held multiple positions at Woolworths Supermarkets from 2011 to 2021, including Program Project Manager and NSW/ACT State Administration Manager. Tara's career began at BIG W, where from 2001 to 2011, positions included Merchandise Systems & Training Manager, Area Administration Manager, and Assistant Store Manager.
